Take 5 Oil Change

Was not the worst but most certainly the best. First time going to take 5. First off the workers were disgruntled and very vocal about it granted I understand why seems inappropriate to voice it loudly were customers hear it. Second I waited almost twenty minutes in my car in the bay prior to my service starting. The thing that really put me into the kind set of first and last time coming here however was the workers were seemingly having a hard time getting my oil filter off to the point it took them quite a while, now this was not the issue the issue was the worker who after he got it off looked at me and said "good thing I got it off without puncturing it or you'd be paying for a tow truck" I replied no I wouldn't be. As per state law if he had punctured it it would have been the company's responsibility to replace and fix the issue without charge to me, but the way he stated it bluntly and as if it were a joke tells me that if something like this happens here it is not taken as seriously as it should be. Overall experience not horrible but definitely not somewhere I'd go back or recommend.

Excellent & prompt service start to finish! Plus i love the added safety checks done aloud once told to restart my engine at the end of the oil change. Also, a great military discount is available!

This was my first time visit. The technicians were professional. It was well coordinated, clean and modern. Efficient service. I stayed in my car. Explained what they were doing and the prices for what i needed. This was May in Buffalo. It was 40 degrees and wind was whipping. I understand corporate headquarters needs the bay doors open, but I felt sorry for the frozen workers. It was too cold and similar service centers keep the doors down and a sign that they are open.

Great service and I trust them they always change my oil i have went other places I'm not going say and can't tell the difference that's how I ended up here and they always do a super job and they actually change your oil . They change my filters I didn't even know I had were dirty and test radiator fluid and test many things its worth it to me . The people are super friendly and good. They are fast too . They always do me very well

I had a great experience at this 5-minute service location. They really went above and beyond. Another oil change place actually let air out of my tire by mistake, and I didn’t realize it until later. These guys stepped in and helped me put air back in my tire, which I really appreciated. They also topped off my fluids and made sure everything was good to go. The customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced in the area—friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. I would definitely recommend this place.
